Coming from someone who was quite sceptical of whether there was a justifiable cost in engaging a buyer's agents, I have become a strong advocate and endorser for the significant value that buyers agents/ advocates provide on the back of our experience with Tristan Utting and the team at Infolio. I will go so far as to recommend that anyone buying property in the Victorian market should engage this team. Tristan's service in particular was beyond excellent. The value he brought through his (and his team's) market insights commensurate to our budget, access to off market properties, negotiation and massive savings on final property price pales in comparison to the engagement fee. Tristan was attentive, flexible, efficient and available. I would recommend him and his team to anyone exploring the Victorian housing market whether as a first home buyer or an investor. We will be using Infolio and specifically Tristan for all future house purchases. Truly their service is one that cannot be overstated both in terms of its monetary and non-monetary value especially if you are either time poor, uncertain, or simply want to ensure the best possible value in a complex and fluctuating market. My experience with the infolio team was just amazing. As a tenant, I was very lucky to have them as my Property Manager. Timely response, kind support everytime which is needed for someone who is new to this type of arrangement or renting the house for the first time. I wish them the best. Having worked with Infolio for 7 years now we’ve purchased 3 properties (personal and investment). The expertise is unparalleled not to mention the exceptional negotiating skills. Each of our properties were acquired off-market after the Infolio team completed significant assessment of various alternate properties and market conditions to ensure sound investment.
